Job summary

Boston Data Pro, LLC is seeking an experienced Enterprise IT Project Manager to lead a large-scale initiative with emphasis on regulatory compliance, SOX, IPO readiness, and M&A integrations.

The ideal candidate will drive governance, risk management, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination across multiple technology domains, ensuring on-time delivery from initiation through deployment and post-production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10 years of IT experience with at least 8–10 years managing enterprise-scale IT projects or programs.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise implementations involving multiple business units and global teams.
• Strong expertise in governance, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale enterprise IT projects and programs from initiation to deployment and post-production support.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with multi-million-dollar budgets and enterprise transformation goals.
• Drive project planning, scope management, scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Collaborate with executives, product owners, architects, vendors, and delivery teams to ensure program success.
• Establish project governance, steering committee cadence, and executive reporting frameworks.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, QA, Infrastructure, Security, Data, and Change Management.
• Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and production stabilization.
• Drive delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) based on project needs.
• Ensure quality delivery while meeting scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
