Job summary

Logisolve is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-department transformation programs aligned with our strategic plan, regulatory requirements, new product development, or operational initiatives. This role provides oversight to project managers and teams within the program(s) and owns overall program performance, including timing, budget, and quality of scope.

Programs may involve evaluating and/or implementing new services, systems, or business process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of related experience, including 3+ years managing complex, cross-departmental programs and teams of project managers.
  • Experience managing program budgets of $1M+.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams of 10–50+ people, including executive stakeholders, business owners, technology owners, change managers, and operational readiness/training staff.
  • End-to-end program management experience, including Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Strong executive communication skills, with experience creating executive-level status reports and presentations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to define and understand program scope, milestones, and business outcomes; support development of business cases with Finance, Technology, and business owners.
  • Identify and manage resource requirements against budget constraints, reassessing on a regular cadence.
  • Participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning, System Demos, and Solution Demos to ensure alignment across ARTs and business divisions.
  • Track and report on program progress to key stakeholders, including steering committees and portfolio management.
  • Develop and maintain a critical path, business milestones, and timeline in partnership with business representatives and Product Management.
  • Ensure coordination and synchronization of program activities across all functions (business readiness, communications, process design, technology delivery, etc.).
  • Manage executive stakeholder communications, including preparation and facilitation of Executive Steering Committees.
  • Ensure transparency and resolution of dependencies, issues, and risks.
  • Support Product Managers, Product Owners, and Business Readiness representatives in managing deliverable expectations.
  • Hold teams accountable for commitments; serve as an escalation point and help remove obstacles.
  • Own financial management for assigned programs, partnering with Finance and Portfolio Management as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Program Execution

  • Provide guidance and leadership when project managers encounter barriers


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 8+ years of related experience, including 3+ years managing complex, cross-departmental programs and teams of project managers

Preferred


  • PMP certification

  • Healthcare experience, particularly in a payer environment
