What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead operations, logistics, and coordination to keep teams on track and operating efficiently
- Collaborate with the Head of Change Management on communications and brand perception for the Agile CoE & Tooling team
- Define and manage the communications release process for EACoE & Tool team initiatives
- Organize and manage training logistics, including scheduling and coordination of training sessions
- Enhance the professionalism of visual communications across various platforms, including SharePoint and Confluence

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a program manager with strong logistic, execution, and coordination skills
- Excellent written communication and editing skills
- Experience in graphic design and content creation
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and collaborate effectively with various teams
- Familiarity with SharePoint and other communication channels

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in Agile methodologies or experience within an Agile environment
- Experience with Learning & Development coordination and training logistics
- Familiarity with MS Teams and communication management tools
