Title: Program Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC (Fully Remote) (Prefer EST/CST)
Duration: Contract
Work Requirements: USC, GC and Authorized to work in the US

Scope of support: Enterprise Agile Center of Excellence & Tooling/BI teams. Collaborates with Technical Product Operations team. Reports to: Catherine.

Overview: We are seeking a strong "get stuff done" program manager with excellent logistic, execution, and complex coordination abilities. Must have excellent content creation, editing, and graphic design skills. The role involves supporting all the "behind-the-scenes magic" and enhancing professionalism in our communications.

Responsibilities:

1. Operations, Organization, & Logistics Lead

• Support operations, logistics, and coordination as needed. Keep teams on track and operating efficiently. Identify and close gaps in organizational processes and systems.
• Assist EACoE / Tooling team in coordinating roadmaps and driving quarterly planning across multiple initiatives.

Communications Lead:

• Partner with the Head of Change Management to execute and own communications, messaging, and brand perception for the Agile CoE & Tooling team.
• Manage SharePoint Ways of Working Hub updates and drive a shared roadmap for team visibility through SharePoint, Wikis, and communication strategies.

Enterprise Agile CoE Team:

• Tooling team and Technical Product Operations (collaborates with)
• Define and manage EACoE & Tool team communication release processes and socialize new guidance organization-wide.
• Navigate communication channels, liaise with Corporate Communications, SharePoint owners, and other teams to optimize messaging and support organizational change efforts.

Email Newsletters & Outreach:

• Assist in setting up Town Halls, Lunch & Learns, etc.
• Enhance communication professionalism and visual quality of artifacts in Confluence, SharePoint, and PPT.
• Manage MS Teams channels and the Enterprise Agile CoE inbox, ensuring timely responses.

Training Program Execution Lead:

• Support or potentially replace current training logistics lead.
• Coordinate training schedules and trainers from the Agile CoE team.
• Work with Learning & Development to upload trainings into their platform monthly.
• Organize artifacts in SharePoint for easy access and transparency.
