As a Marketing Program Manager, you will lead and execute go-to-market strategies across multiple lines of business, revenue-generating products, brand-building programs, and market expansion initiatives. This role is critical in supporting new business initiatives and marketing programs that drive growth, customer acquisition, and brand differentiation.You will work closely with consumer marketing, commercial marketing, product marketing, base marketing, and marketing communications to ensure alignment across all marketing efforts. Additionally, you will collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
Key focus areas include customer journey mapping, demand generation, and go-to-market strategy for new products and brand-building services, all supported by marketing communications to maximize engagement, conversion, and revenue.

Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $69,323 - $105,074
