Akkodis is seeking a Project/Program Manager for a Contract job with a client in Roseville, CA(Remote). Responsibilities include coordinating with subject matter experts to develop tailored content and ensuring timely, high-quality proposal submissions.

Rate Range: $41/hour to $45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Project/Program Manager job responsibilities include:

• Lead the end-to-end management of RFP/RFI responses, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions aligned with client requirements.

• Collaborate with sales teams, subject matter experts, and product stakeholders to define proposal scope, gather content, and clarify technical solutions.

• Maintain and enhance proposal templates and boilerplate content to ensure consistency, readability, and alignment with brand standards.

• Coordinate proposal timelines, assign responsibilities, and facilitate review cycles to meet internal deadlines and client expectations.

• Continuously improve proposal processes by evaluating workflows, incorporating feedback, and updating documentation with the latest solutions.

• Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the proposal development process.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of hands-on proposal management experience.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

• Proven ability to manage deadlines, coordinate cross-functional input, and deliver high-quality proposals in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $41.00 to $45.00 per hour
