• Strong commercial and technical judgement to resolve procurement challenges.
• Ability to review deliverables and support team development.
• Experience ensuring procurement activities comply with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project procurement activities to align with scope, budget, quality, and schedules.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies, plans, procedures and priorities.
• Provide technical guidance to procurement personnel and mentor the team.
• Partner with engineering, project management, construction, contracts, logistics and other stakeholders.
• Oversee supplier performance and delivery commitments while mitigating risks.
• Resolve complex procurement issues using sound business judgment.
• Prepare, review and communicate procurement reports, forecasts, schedules and risks to leadership.
• Apply advanced knowledge of procurement systems, processes and controls to improve efficiency.
