Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a detail-oriented Project Operations & Quality Associate to oversee administrative health of projects, maintain schedules, and ensure documentation and quality controls meet high standards.

You will coordinate logistics, support project tools, and assist in reporting while upholding safety and quality procedures in a warehouse setting. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management or business administration or equivalent with Technical Certificate.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or quality assurance.
• Familiarity with ERP tools and accounting software (e.g., SAP).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project schedules, task lists, and resource trackers.
• Document meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders.
• Prepare recurring status reports and management presentations.
• Inspect incoming materials and verify paperwork against specifications.
• Coordinate logistics and delivery of equipment and service tools.
• Perform project invoicing and administrative closing.
• Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions.
