Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator & Quality Associate to support project delivery, track milestones, and maintain schedules. The role also acts as a quality gatekeeper for inspections, verifications, and handling of shipments to ensure warehouse deliverables meet high standards.

The candidate will maintain project documentation, support the service team in logistics, and ensure adherence to quality procedures within the Houston warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management or business administration or equivalent with Technical Certificate.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or quality assurance roles in related environment.
• Previous exposure to ERP tools /accounting tools (ie. SAP)
• Ability to travel 10% of the time

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project schedules, task lists, and resource allocation trackers.
• Maintain & update Smartsheet for pacing reviews.
• Document meeting minutes, capture action items, and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders.
• Prepare recurring status reports and presentations for management review.
• Coordinate all activities related to the project.
• Inspect incoming materials and verify conformity to specifications and documentation.
• Coordinate Logistics and delivery of equipment and service tools.
