• Strong knowledge of quality management principles and tools.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Canada and North America.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and provide contract quality requirements to the project team and kickoff meetings.
• Consolidate lessons learned and define quality assurance strategy with the project director.
• Produce project quality plan and inspection/test plans with other functions.
• Coordinate quality inspections with customer and supply chain.
• Manage quality databooks for components before delivery.
• Monitor project process performance (non-quality costs, non-conformities, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction).
• Coordinate customer satisfaction surveys and process responses.
• Manage non-conformity reports.
