Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator & Quality Associate to serve as the backbone of the project delivery team in Houston. You will manage schedules, documentation, and quality control for shipments and project closeouts, while guiding process improvements and data tracking across multiple stakeholders.

The role emphasizes rigorous quality standards, safe handling practices, and coordinating with warehouse, shipping, and operations teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management or business administration or equivalent with Technical Certificate.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or quality assurance roles in related environment.
• Previous exposure to ERP tools /accounting tools (ie. SAP).
• Ability to travel 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project schedules, task lists, and resource allocation trackers.
• Maintain & update Smartsheet for pacing reviews.
• Document meeting minutes, capture action items, and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders.
• Prepare recurring status reports and presentations for management review.
• Coordinate Logistics and delivery of equipment and service tools.
• Inspect incoming materials related to Projects and verify conformance to specifications.
• Identify, document, and track non-conformities; coordinate corrective actions.
