Job summary

Lambert's Cable Splicing Co. is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist the project manager by coordinating multiple projects and ensuring timely reporting and documentation.

In this role, you will create and maintain project records, communicate with customers for project information, and help drive on-time delivery while partnering with Finance, Billing, and Operations to keep revenue on track and issues resolved quickly.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Effective communication and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Produce meaningful reports using KPIs to monitor project health.
• Develop, maintain, and update project documentation.
• Maintain program file systems (physical and electronic).
• Contact customers to obtain project-specific information.
• Complete project close-outs per company standards.
• Track accruals weekly and submit at week’s end.
• Schedule work and crew makeups with scheduler.
• Review subcontractor invoices for production and accounting accuracy.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable and Billing to ensure revenue accuracy.
• Forecast monthly and yearly for each project.
• Create purchase orders.
• Collaborate with Finance, Billing, and other support groups to set up projects in accounting system.
• Identify and remove obstacles to empower Operations.
• Monitor project progress, risk, and customer experience quality.
• Lead status gathering for stakeholders.
