Qualifications

  • Three years of fundraising operations, prospect development, or healthcare development experience required.
  • Experience in database management, training, leadership, and project management preferred.

Project Officer, Grateful Patient & Family, Program Operations

The University of New Mexico Foundation is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic individual to serve as Project Officer for Grateful Patient and Family (GPF) Program Operations. Reporting to the Managing Director of Data Strategy and Quality, this role is pivotal in managing the technical, data, and compliance functions of the GPF Program to strengthen healthcare philanthropy.

Additional Areas of Responsibility:

The Project Officer will oversee the daily operations of the program, including data acquisition, validation, maintenance, utilization, and strategy, while ensuring best practices in data governance, HIPAA compliance, and quality assurance.

Other Information/Requirements:
  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution OR a combination of some higher education and three years of relevant experience.
  • Three years of related experience in fundraising operations, prospect development, or healthcare development
  • Experience in database management, training, leadership, and project management.
