Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering & NPI Manager to lead the development, optimization, and introduction of manufacturing processes for new products. You will oversee a team of engineers, align with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations, and ensure on-time, cost-effective launches with required quality.

This onsite role is based in Mosel, WI, with relocation optional. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial manufacturing, 3+ years in leadership, and NPI experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of industrial manufacturing experience with engineered-to-order or complex products.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• NPI / new product introduction experience.
• Data-driven decision-making and continuous-improvement orientation.
• Ability to partner closely with operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of manufacturing and process engineers to achieve production readiness.
• Own process capability, efficiency, and stability across lines.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and related methods.
• Oversee equipment selection, installation, and validation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Lead cross-functional NPI activities from concept to production release.
• Develop and manage NPI plans, including timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with R&D/Design Engineering for manufacturability (DFM).
• Oversee prototypes, pilot runs, and ramp-up to production.
• Prepare complete process documentation before launch.
