Job summary

Rehlko in Wisconsin is seeking a Project Manufacturing Engineer to drive safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost reductions. You will lead continuous improvement, partner with design engineering, and implement manufacturability improvements across new and existing products.

The role requires a BS in a related engineering field, 2+ years of relevant experience, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred, and strong problem-solving and cross-functional leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 2+ years of relevant experience (Co-Op, internship, or related).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred or proven experience in continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost reductions in assigned areas.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using structured methods (DMAIC, PDCA, A3).
• Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability and support launches.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes, routings, and material flow.
• Lead cross-functional teams on capital and process improvement projects.
