Job summary

Pop-Up Talent in Sheboygan, WI seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Project Manager to lead capital improvement and maintenance projects, develop SOPs, and drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams, coordinate with engineering, operations, and vendors, and document procedures, drawings, and training materials while advancing cost-reduction initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of five years' experience in a related area; supervisory experience preferred
• AutoCAD experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure project designs comply with local, state, and federal standards and regulations plus internal codes.
• Provide technical evaluation for systems to ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop project plans with budgets and schedules to meet requirements.
• Manage capital expenditures and monitor project costs against budgets.
• Maintain complete project documentation including SOPs, drawings, manuals, and training materials.
• Monitor and report project performance to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify and implement cost-reduction initiatives for capital improvements.
• Coordinate with Corporate Engineering and Central Engineering resources as needed.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage external contractors and vendors.
