Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC seeks a durable HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will take over pre-existing projects from estimating and preconstruction teams and drive safe, on-time, and budget-conscious delivery.

The role requires 4+ years of PM experience in large HVAC/plumbing construction and local proximity to the SF Bay Area.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of PM experience in a large commercial HVAC and plumbing construction company.
• Local to the San Francisco Bay Area.

Responsibilities

• Take-over pre-existing projects from estimating and preconstruction teams.
• Ensure the project is completed safely, on-time, and under budget.
• Communicate with General Contractor, Owner, Subcontractors and Vendors.
• Submit change-orders and RFIs.
• Track construction schedules and budget.

• Ensure project is completed safely, on-time, and under budget

Requirements:

• 4+ years working as a Project Manager for a large, commercial HVAC and Plumbing Construction company
• Local

Preferred:

• Prior apprentice/journeyman field knowledge
• Strong technical background working with MS Project, Quickpen/Accubid, MS Excel, and BlueBeam
• Familiar with Title 24 and OSHPD requirements
