CyberCoders is seeking an HVAC Project Manager with 5+ years of Commercial HVAC project experience in the Bay Area. You will lead project operations, manage trades, and drive estimates, design, and contract negotiations to ensure profitability.

Ideal candidates will be currently working for a mechanical contractor, have medium to large project experience, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of MEP Project Management experience.
• Currently working for mechanical contractor.
• Medium to Large Project experience.
• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or similar preferred.
