Job summary

Jobot in Las Cruces, NM is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead wastewater infrastructure projects in the Southwest. You will oversee all phases from planning to execution for a self-performed scope, coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and clients, while maintaining safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of PM experience in water construction, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and a willingness to relocate near southern New Mexico to support a flagship 1.5-year

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing self-performed water infrastructure construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to temporarily relocate or live near southern New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of wastewater construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate directly with field teams, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor project schedules, cost control, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.

Job Details

This is a 1.5-year flagship project with a respected and successful general contractor building water infrastructure. Once complete, you'll have the opportunity to transition into your choice of regional offices (AZ, TX, or UT), working on local projects while continuing to grow your career with long-term stability.
