Qualifications

• Prior experience in water, fire, or mold restoration project management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of insurance claims processes and working with adjusters.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with restoration project management software (Xactimate, Dash, or similar).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency calls as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end water, fire, and mold restoration projects from initial assessment through completion
• Conduct on-site inspections and damage assessments to develop accurate scopes of work
• Coordinate and supervise field technicians, subcontractors, and crews to ensure quality and timely project delivery
• Communicate regularly with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and stakeholders throughout the restoration process
• Prepare and manage project documentation including estimates, work orders, moisture logs, and progress reports
• Ensure all work adheres to IICRC standards, safety regulations, and company protocols
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to maximize efficiency and profitability
