Job summary

Henry North is seeking Assistant Project Managers or Project Managers to join our team supporting Rialto, CA, Santa Fe Springs, CA, Jeffersonville, IN, or Fort Worth, TX. You will own the full project lifecycle for pallet racking and warehouse storage systems, coordinating with sales, engineering, and installation partners to keep projects on schedule and to budget.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management or coordination experience.
• 2+ years of hands‑on pallet racking installation/teardown or warehouse systems.
• AutoCAD or preliminary engineering exposure preferred.
• NetSuite proficiency and strong MS Office knowledge.
• Ability to manage a high-volume, multi‑project workload with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle across a caseload of 15–20 concurrent projects.
• Monitor permit progress and run project turnover meetings.
• Validate quoted scope and preliminary engineering calculations.
• Manage project schedules and hold installation partners accountable for quality and compliance.
• Enter orders and issue purchase orders with proper documentation.
• Analyze project blueprints and develop material lists.
• Coordinate with sales, clients, engineering firms, permit and warehouse teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain thorough project documentation for QA and reference.
