Ziglift Material Handling, a nationwide provider of turnkey warehouse storage solutions, is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Rialto, CA. You will oversee projects from inception to completion, coordinating with sales, clients, and vendors, and reporting to the Lead Project Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management/coordination.
• 5+ years direct experience Installing/teardown of pallet racking & warehouse systems.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/Prelim Engineering is preferred (5 years).
• Proficient in NetSuite is a plus.
• Able to manage timelines and communicate effectively.

• Analyze project blueprints and develop material lists.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet deadlines.
• Schedule product delivery and installation and manage logistics.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to develop detailed project plans.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation for QA.

Ziglift Material Handling, a leading independent provider of warehouse storage solutions nationwide, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. With seven strategically located facilities across the nation, we excel in delivering turnkey, innovative, and cost-effective warehouse storage solutions to our valued customers.

The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate a diverse range of projects from inception through completion, working closely with sales teams, clients, and vendors. Reporting directly to the Lead Project Manager, this role is integral in ensuring seamless execution of all projects, adhering to timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead the coordination of internal resources and third‑party vendors to achieve flawless execution.
• Analyze project blueprints and develop comprehensive material lists.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting deadlines.
• Manage and schedule product delivery and installation, ensuring smooth logistics.
• Collaborate with the Account Managers to develop detailed project plans.
• Oversee the project lifecycle, ensuring all timelines and expectations are met.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference and quality assurance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous Project Management / Coordination Experience – 5 Years Required
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/ Prelim Engineering – 5 Years Preferred
• Direct Industry‑Specific Experience (Installation / Teardown of Pallet Racking & Warehouse Systems) – 5 Years Required
• Proficient in NetSuite (Preferred)
• Proficient in project tracking in a Project Management Software
• Must be self‑motivated and enthusiastically willing to contribute to a positive workplace
• Must possess excellent time management skills
• Good judgment, initiative and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Great work ethic with an exceptional sense of urgency.

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay: $80,000 to $110,000 per year
