Job summary

Ziglift Material Handling, a nationwide provider of turnkey warehouse storage solutions, is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Rialto, CA. You will oversee projects from inception to completion, coordinating with sales, clients, and vendors, and reporting to the Lead Project Manager.

Responsibilities include resource coordination, blueprint analysis, logistics management, and documentation. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in PM roles, experience with pallet racking installs, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management/coordination.
• 5+ years direct experience Installing/teardown of pallet racking & warehouse systems.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/Prelim Engineering is preferred (5 years).
• Proficient in NetSuite is a plus.
• Able to manage timelines and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of internal resources and vendors for flawless execution.
• Analyze project blueprints and develop material lists.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet deadlines.
• Schedule product delivery and installation and manage logistics.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to develop detailed project plans.
• Oversee the project lifecycle and ensure timelines meet expectations.
• Establish strong relationships with clients and teams.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation for QA.
