Henry North is seeking an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager to own project execution from inception through completion, coordinating with sales, clients, engineering firms, and installation partners to keep every project on schedule, on budget, and to spec. This full lifecycle role offers real ownership and a clear path to becoming a technical go-to resource within the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management or coordination experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with pallet racking installation/warehouse systems or equivalent.
• Exposure to AutoCAD or preliminary engineering is preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite and strong MS Office proficiency.
• Able to manage a high-volume, multi-project workload with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle across 15–20 concurrent projects.
• Monitor permit progress and lead turnover meetings.
• Validate quoted scope and preliminary engineering calculations.
• Manage project schedules and accountability of installation partners.
• Enter orders and issue purchase orders with proper documentation.
• Analyze blueprints and develop material lists.
• Coordinate with sales, clients, engineering firms, the permit team, and warehouse teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain thorough project documentation for QA and future reference.
