Job summary

A leading staffing firm is seeking a Project Manager with Workforce Onboarding experience. The role involves managing large-scale hiring initiatives, facilitating meetings, and coordinating with stakeholders. As an Project Manager w/Workforce Onboarding exp you will:

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in large‑scale hiring or workforce planning initiatives.
• Strong understanding of project planning and execution, particularly in coordinating Hiring Days and onboarding activities.
• Excellent facilitation skills for meetings, decision‑making sessions, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders across geographies.
• Strong risk and dependency management capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience developing executive‑level presentations that synthesize data and tell a compelling story.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials (preferred).
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range*: $54 - $58 per hour
