Job summary

PUSH Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for Utility Construction in Winter, WI. The role drives financial, contractual, and customer-facing success across assigned utility construction projects, coordinating with operations and field leaders to protect margins and ensure timely, accurate execution.

The position emphasizes proactive risk visibility, change order management, and clear communication with customers and internal teams to maintain schedule integrity and stakeholder trust.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent requirement.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of Project Manager or comparable field-heavy construction management experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Experience managing construction projects, project teams, or utility construction scopes in a fast-paced environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own project financial performance, including margin protection, cost control, and cash flow awareness.
• Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure crews have clear direction and constructible work.
• Maintain accurate cost-to-complete forecasting and revenue projections.
• Lead project coordination and documentation, including change orders and RFIs.
• Serve as primary customer contact for project updates and status reporting.
