Job summary

ESP Associates, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in the Austin, TX area to oversee technical and financial aspects of diverse projects for electric utilities.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and safety performance while developing client relationships and marketing services. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, 5–10 years of related experience, and PE or PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering consulting or utility projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical and financial aspects of multiple projects.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and market Pickett’s services.
• Prepare bid documents and cost estimates; assist with proposal responses.
• Coordinate with Engineering leads to track deliverables and schedules.
• Produce weekly/monthly financial and project performance reports.
