Job summary

ESP Associates, Inc. seeks a Project Manager in Gainesville, FL to oversee technical and financial aspects of multiple projects for electric utilities. The role includes managing budgets, schedules, and safety performance, while developing client relationships and marketing services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline (preferred).
• PE registration or PMP certification (required).
• Minimum of 5–10 years of related experience.
• Previous project management experience with a utility or engineering consulting firm is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical and financial aspects of projects.
• Manage and develop client relationships and marketing of services.
• Coordinate with engineering leads and managers to track client deliverables.
• Prepare bid documents, proposals, and cost estimates.
• Assist with monthly invoicing and financial reporting.
