Job summary

Pickett, an ESP Associates company, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee technical and financial aspects of multiple projects, manage client relationships, and market Pickett’s services to existing and new clients.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, 5–10 years of related experience, and PE or PMP certification. Some travel is required; this role offers growth with a well‑established firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering (preferred).
• 5–10 years of related experience (required).
• PE registration or PMP certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Oversee technically and financially diverse projects for utilities.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and safety performance.
• Develop client relationships and market Pickett’s services.
• Coordinate with Engineering Leads and project teams.
• Prepare bid documents, RFP responses and cost estimates.
• Support monthly invoicing and accounts receivable processes.
• Write comprehensive project reports.
• Develop weekly/monthly financial reports with controls.
• Assist with marketing proposals and scope development.
• Travel as needed.
