Job summary

Booth & Associates, LLC is a consulting engineering firm serving the utility sector. We seek a qualified Project Manager to manage key client projects, coordinate with project teams, and oversee budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities include defining scope, tracking costs, developing detailed plans, and leading vendor contracts and meetings. Candidates should have a university degree or PM cert, 2–4 years PM experience, and strong communication skills in English.

Qualifications

  • Degree from a university or a project management certificate or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of project management experience.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Proficient in business writing and have an excellent command of the English language.

Responsibilities

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives.
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
  • Track project costs to meet budget.
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
  • Provide project updates to stakeholders.
  • Assign tasks to team members and communicate expected deliverables.
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by communicating expected deliverables.
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Solve problems individually and as part of a team.
  • Lead meetings and take detailed notes.
