Job summary

Aecon Power and Utilities Inc. is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead telecom construction projects across a designated portfolio.

You will oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, change management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery. You will collaborate with clients, field operations, Finance, and Procurement to drive profitability, risk management, and customer satisfaction while ensuring safe, high‑quality execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical diploma with related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in utility contracting.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, forecasts, and project risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project coordination to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals.
• Establish targets, resource requirements, and workload plans for successful delivery.
• Own project budgets and manage expenditures, forecasts, and revisions.
