Job summary

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 13+ years of IT experience to lead complex, enterprise-level projects from initiation through successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, resource coordination, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, and priorities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, Business Analysts, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Product teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and senior leadership to understand requirements and project objectives.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear progress reports to stakeholders.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Manage change requests and ensure appropriate impact assessment and approvals.
• Track project KPIs, budgets, resource utilization, and delivery metrics.
• Ensure effective communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Remove project impediments and proactively resolve delivery challenges.
• Manage vendor and third-party relationships when required.
• Ensure projects follow organizational standards, governance, compliance, and quality processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices for project delivery.
• Mentor and guide project team members and promote a collaborative working environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 13+ years of experience in IT project management, with experience managing complex enterprise projects.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Proven experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder and executive-level communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong documentation, presentation, and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with enterprise-scale digital transformation or technology initiatives.
• Experience with cloud, application modernization, data, or infrastructure projects is a plus.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and third-party service providers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
