About The Role
The Project Manager drives cross-functional delivery across software engineering, product, data, and infrastructure teams. The role turns technical initiatives into clear plans, coordinates dependencies, and keeps work moving from discovery through release. - Build and maintain project plans in tools such as Jira, Linear, Asana, or Smartsheet; keep ownership and status current
- Coordinate engineering, product, design, security, data, and infrastructure stakeholders through planning, execution, and release
- Facilitate standups, planning sessions, dependency reviews, retrospectives, and executive status updates
- Track delivery metrics, surface schedule and resource risks, and create mitigation plans before milestones are threatened
- Document requirements, decisions, technical risks, and operating procedures in Confluence, Notion, or comparable systems
- Improve delivery processes, including sprint planning, intake, prioritization, change control, and post-launch review

- Strong working knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices, with hands‑on experience using Jira, Linear, Asana, or similar project-management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical dependencies and risks for both engineering teams and business stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, resolve blockers, and maintain accountability without direct authority
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Bonus: PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification; experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, CI/CD, SQL, product analytics, or regulated technology environments
