Job description

Project Manager – Special Projects Group
Seattle, WA

Our client is an established, employee-owned general contractor with offices in Seattle and California. As the company continues to grow its West Coast presence, it is looking for a Project Manager to join its Seattle Special Projects Group.

This is an opportunity for a construction professional who enjoys the variety, pace and ownership that come with managing tenant improvement projects. You’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of office, life sciences and industrial projects, typically ranging from $5 million to $10 million.

You’ll be involved from the earliest client conversations through final closeout—helping pursue the work, develop estimates, lead preconstruction and manage construction. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, solving problems and taking full ownership of multiple projects.

As an employee-owned company, everyone shares in the organization’s success. The company also offers a supportive, people-first culture that values collaboration, professional growth and a sustainable work/life balance.
