Job summary

Markent Personnel is seeking a Project Manager / Site-Superintendent for new custom-home construction in Petersburg, VA. You will oversee site operations from design hand-off through sub-selection, scope contracts, safety, and the final walk with C/O.

This role requires 4-5+ years in ground-up residential construction, proven ability to manage 8-10 projects, and strong communication with customers. Compensation starts at $100K+ DOE, plus bonus, auto/phone allowance, 401(k) and health benefits.

Qualifications

  They work in 50 offices across 11 states and work directly with the local clients to build semi-custom homes in affordable to semi-custom niche.

  • Over-communicationwith customers to ensure the highest satisfaction
  
  
  • Construction site management extending from the design hand-off process, to sub-selection & scope contracts to safety and final-walk & C/O.
