The role focuses on coordinating design, production, and installation teams, managing risks, and delivering status updates to leadership. A technical background and PMP are preferred for this challenging opportunity.

Role Overview

As a Project Manager at Apogee Signs, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining excellent communication and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including design, production, and installation teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenditures and ensuring financial targets are met.
• Prepare and present regular reports on project status to company management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations throughout project execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the sign manufacturing, construction, or a related technical field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of managing client relationships.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.
