Job Summary

The candiate for this role must have experience at a sign or printing company. As a Project Manager with Spark Signs & Graphics, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple signage projects from conception through to installation. This position works directly with our production and design team and along with our clients, to ensure project deadlines and budgets are met and that our client’s expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities

• Positively represent Spark Signs while acting as a liaison between the client and the company. Contribute to the development of lasting client relationships.
• Lead multiple projects at once, with the ability to prioritize competing needs in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. This is important for this role.
• Coordinate larger, more involved sign installations with partner firms.
• Create estimates, work orders, and schedules for signage projects. Verify that all projects will be permissible and fall within applicable sign codes.
• Procure sign permits when necessary.
• Play a role in light sign production and installation.

• Extreme attention to detail, especially in managing paperwork such as purchase orders, delivery grids, and work orders.
• Adaptable and self-motivated, yet able to take direction and work collaboratively.
• Must be adept at working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Skilled at finding creative solutions to unique problems as they arise while maintaining project profitability and schedule.
• Drivers’ license and a dependable vehicle required.
