Job summary

Intelligence and National Security Alliance seeks a detail-oriented Project Manager to lead small to medium projects from proposals through closeout. You will coordinate scope, schedule, budget, invoicing, deliverables, and client communication while collaborating with Senior Project Managers and internal/external teams.

You will identify scopes, develop estimates, prepare proposals, and support contract execution, funding, and project initiation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, consultants, and deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (SmartSheet, BIM360, MS Project) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify all required Prism and consultant scopes through field walks, RFP review, and client coordination.
• Independently define scope for small, medium, and large sub-projects and lead projects.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects of varying size and complexity.
• Prepare proposal write-ups including scope, deliverables, services, assumptions, and exclusions for small and medium projects; assist on larger or lead projects as assigned.
• Coordinate project funding updates based on executed contracts and establish and maintain project invoice schedules.
