Intelligence and National Security Alliance in Orlando is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and budget adherence while coordinating with field teams and vendors. You will manage subcontracts, RFIs, cost control, and reporting, travel to job sites as needed, and lead planning meetings to drive on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• BS Degree in Construction Management or related field required.
• Knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and estimating.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, budget, schedule, quality, and design specs on projects.
• Prepare and manage subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with subs, vendors, and field supervision to maintain critical path.
• Lead pre-job planning and turnover meetings.
• Create and maintain project schedules and monitor milestones.
• Interface with general contractor and project engineer (PE) for RFIs.
• Provide progress reports and manage change orders.
• Oversee cost control and final invoicing.
