Job summary

Intelligence and National Security Alliance is seeking an experienced construction project manager to guide projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will lead planning, budgeting, client communication, and coordination with field leadership to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

The role covers estimating, design-build coordination, subcontractor management, and ongoing cost control, with responsibility for safety and schedule adherence across multiple simultaneous

Qualifications

• Approximately 4-7 years of experience in construction project management, preconstruction, estimating, design-build, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred; equivalent construction experience considered.
• Strong background in estimating, budgeting, bid analysis, subcontractor management, scheduling, and project financial reporting.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Procore, and construction accounting or project-management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction and estimating activities, develop budgets, and coordinate bid content.
• Manage multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, monitoring budgets and schedules.
• Oversee cost reporting, forecasts, and profitability, updating forecasts monthly.
• Negotiate subcontractor and vendor agreements; ensure safety and client communication standards.
• Coordinate with field leadership, design teams, and owners to maintain project alignment and documentation.
