Job summary

Busy Season Staffing Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives while meeting scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

You will serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, management, and clients to ensure requirements and contractual obligations are met, lead multidisciplinary collaboration, and drive risk management, schedule control, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, project management, business administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience managing projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with project management methodologies, including traditional or Agile.
• Proficiency in planning and controlling schedules and client deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through closure, defining objectives, deliverables, and priorities.
• Coordinate functional testing, validations, and production deployments.
• Assign tasks and resources based on team capacity and track progress.
• Act as main point of contact for clients, managing professional communication and presentations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Methodologies: Experience with project management methodologies, including traditional or Agile frameworks.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in planning and controlling project schedules and managing client deliverables.
