Job summary

MPI seeks a Project Manager for SCIF/Interiors Construction in Warrenton, VA. Lead multiple interior construction projects, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with clients, field teams, and vendors across the U.S.

The role requires strong financial management, scheduling expertise, and experience with RFIs and documentation. Travel to project sites nationwide is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial interior construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction financial management, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ability to develop and maintain project schedules.
• Knowledge of cost-to-complete forecasting and job profitability analysis.
• Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and Vista software.
• Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project experience is highly desirable.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred (company assistance available if needed).
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Proven track record of delivering successful construction projects.
