Michael Page is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for a growing commercial construction firm to support technically complex interior fit-out renovation projects across corporate, government, technology, healthcare, and mission-critical environments.   • Experience supporting commercial interior fit-out, tenant improvement, renovation, or construction projects.
  • Exposure to corporate office, healthcare, higher education, government, technology, or similar environments.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with construction documentation, project tracking, and scheduling processes.
  • Must be eligible to obtain project-specific badges and clearances, including background screening and drug testing.
  • Motivated, proactive, and interested in growing into a larger project management role.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and document management activities.
  • Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and internal project teams.
  • Helping monitor project costs, schedules, quality, and overall project performance.
  • Participating in project meetings and maintaining accurate project documentation and reporting.
  • Supporting the administration of contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project correspondence.
  • Working alongside Project Managers on projects ranging from smaller tenant improvements to large-scale environments.
  • Contributing to successful execution of projects while meeting client expectations and company standards.
  • Gaining exposure to technically complex environments including office, government, technology, healthcare, higher education, and secure facilities.

Description

The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for:

Profile
