RAM Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will oversee the full construction process, coordinate the team, manage schedules, budgets, and quality, and ensure client satisfaction across healthcare, education, life sciences, corporate, and retail sectors.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience working for a commercial GC.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects in commercial construction.
• Adept knowledge of construction principals, methods, techniques, print reading, contracting, and construction management.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (Procore), accounting/cost management software (Procore), and scheduling software.

Responsabilidades

• Full project responsibility in all areas of construction and construction management.
• Perform pre-construction activities including estimating, bidding, value engineering and scheduling.
• Manage project scheduling, scheduling updates, schedule management and documentation.
• Responsible for project quality control and quality assurance to meet or exceed plans, specifications, codes, and approved shop drawings.
• Responsible for change order estimating, tracking and commitments.
• Project documentation, correspondence, records, paperwork, shop drawings, submittals, procurements schedule, RFIs, etc.
• Open communication with management.
• Train and develop team members for overall company growth.
• Other duties as required.

JobDescription:

Qualifications:

• ProficientcomputerskillsinMicrosoftOfficeSuite,projectmanagementsoftware(Procore),accountingcostmanagementsoftware(Procore),andschedulingsoftware.


• 100%detailed/hands-onknowledgeofprojectscope.


• Experiencewithrunningmultipleprojects,preferablywithinRAMConstruction’scoremarkets.
