Job summary

RAM Construction in Phoenix is seeking a Project Engineer to support the project manager and team with documentation, cost control, scheduling, and field supervision.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Construction Engineering/Management and 3–5 years' experience in commercial construction, including TI. Procore and MS Project experience is preferred; OSHPD/Medical Office experience is a plus. On-site role with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent preferred (cite in ad).
• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Engineer in Commercial Construction.
• TI experience and OSHPD/Medical Office Building exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site management to ensure project execution success.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks before occurrence.
• Maintain and review daily superintendent reports.
• Support project bidding and change orders as needed.
• Organize and facilitate weekly Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings.
