Job summary

RAM Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on multiple projects. The role focuses on safety, schedule, quality control, and subcontractor coordination to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Expect to manage daily site activities, review construction drawings, and communicate effectively with the project team. Prior experience with ground-up and occupied buildings is a plus.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients and teams.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient with Procore and Bluebeam project tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Walk project sites daily to monitor activities and plan ahead.
• Perform quality control and ensure safety and compliance.
• Coordinate ASIs, RFIs, and submittals with the project team.
• Ensure subcontractors meet contractual scope and schedule.
• Schedule inspections with local jurisdictions and manage punch lists.
