Job summary

TEEMA Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to own restaurant development projects from pre-development through turnover to operations. You will coordinate architects, civil engineers, and consultants on plans, site due diligence, and permitting to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities include preparing bid packages, evaluating bids, contracting, serving as owner's representative during construction, reviewing invoices, tracking costs, and managing change orders to keep multi-site

Qualifications

• 3+ years construction project management or assistant project management experience.
• Commercial, retail, or restaurant construction background required.
• Working understanding of construction drawings, contracts, and permitting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Preferred:

• QSR or retail development experience

• Experience with multi-unit restaurant/hospitality organizations such as Darden Restaurants or Dave & Busters

Salary/Rate Range:

$90,000 to $130,000
