You'll manage several projects at once, including new restaurant openings, renovations, and brand-standard upgrades (PIPs), bar and amenity build-outs, and multi-site rollouts. You'll be the owner's representative on every job, keeping work on schedule, on budget, and up to our standards while keeping operations running for guests and staff.

  • Solicit bids, evaluate proposals, and select and manage general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and kitchen and bar equipment consultants to turn design intent into finished spaces.
  • Oversee permitting, inspections, and code compliance with local building, health, fire, and ADA requirements.
  • Lead on-site job walks and progress meetings, and keep quality, safety, and workmanship to our standards.
  • Plan renovation work in phases so restaurants stay open and guest disruption is minimal.
  • Manage FF&E and OS&E procurement, delivery, and installation timelines.
  • Run punch lists, closeouts, and turnover to operations teams so new locations open on time.
  • Develop repeatable processes, standards, and prototypes to support multi-site rollouts as we grow.
