Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee residential and commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating and implementing project plans, managing resources, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, schedule, and budget.
• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
