Based in West Chester, Pennsylvania, MustardSeed performs outsourcing services for U.S.-based companies. Our project management staff is located across various U.S. regions. We aim to improve communication, control, execution, and profitability for our clients through a robust project management framework that supports better decision-making.

About the Role:

As a Project Manager at MustardSeed, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery within set timeframes, budgets, and quality standards. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes, guiding multidisciplinary teams towards shared goals. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that all project phases—initiation, planning, execution, and closing—are completed according to established requirements and standards.

You will manage a variety of projects while adhering to project management best practices and maintaining stakeholder satisfaction. Past projects include creating integrated master schedules for clinical trials, optimizing product introduction processes, overhauling product lifecycle management, delivering new software solutions, and improving supply chain practices.

This role offers flexibility within a traditional 40-hour workweek, supporting remote work with occasional travel to client sites. We value highly skilled professionals who enjoy meaningful work and flexibility.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Ensure effective communication among all involved organizations and keep management and stakeholders informed of progress.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress and manage scope, schedule, and costs changes.
• Define project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Perform risk assessments related to budget, schedule, and technology.
• Assess and implement appropriate delivery methodologies considering project and business constraints.
• Apply Program Management Best Practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project performance to ensure achievement of short- and long-term goals.
• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.

Skills Required:

• At least 5 years of proven project management experience.
• Strategic and tactical thinking regarding product, technical, and cross-functional issues.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
• Proven leadership in project management.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
